The ongoing construction of a new deep sea port here is another contributing factor to the fast rising development in this area and once completed it will be a tug of war before someone can acquire a landed property in this area.

  1. New Airport

The proposed new international airport too is coming to this area and will add up to the development going on around the Lekki Epe axis of Lagos state.

  1. The 4th Mainland Bridge

It’s no longer news that the Federal government just gave the Lagos state government approval to commence the construction of the 4th mainland bridge which will go a long way in easing the traffic burden suffered along this road. This bridge will link up the island directly to Ikorodu and Berger along Lagos Ibadan Expressway. I don’t know any reason why you should not have a land here?
